I need to refinance the existing business purpose loan. and to obtain cash out to pay off my obligations under Chapter 13. I need a gross amount of $627K in a second position as a business purpose loan/ That will clear up the arrearage on that loan and other court expenses. It will enable me to have the BK dismissed. This will enable me to sell my house for a fair market value instead of under duress from the court and the creditors. I have a letter of explanation as to why I am in Chapter 13. It came from my having severe damage to my property during the winter storms of 2023 in Northern California and my not being able to get insurance coverage for the loss. I had to advance my own funds for the repairs and this affected my cash flow significantly.
